Come leave the dark, come join me this February in lush, lovely Costa Rica for a trek of a lifetime! 

This month, as we approach the shortest, darkest day of the year in the north, I'd like to pique your interest in joining me on a delightful adventure. Fly to Liberia, Costa Rica on February 17, get to know your fellow horseback enthusiasts while exploring the historic town of La Mansion, then participate in a 2-day Parelli Clinic geared to preparing you and your new equine partner for the 6-day trek which begins February 20th! 

You'll ride through gorgeous,  rolling mountains down to beautiful Pacific Ocean beaches, experiencing local food, customs, and top-notch accommodations along the way.

Come gallop on the beach! Or just saunter along, enjoying the place and peace. Swim your horse in the surf--or just yourself. Whatever your heart desires. 

You'll be free to return to the modern airport in Liberia on February 26--or stay longer to tour and relax on your own.

This adventure is way more than trail riding! You'll be traveling by horseback, giving your horse a valuable, time-honored "job" and giving yourself time to forge a bond based on real (and mutual) responsibilities.  These horses are wonderful and will take you willingly and happily on the trek. Costa Rican saddles are light-weight, functional and extremely comfortable. The clinic will enrich your horsemanship, regardless of Parelli experience and also address the needs of non-Parelli riders. Bring family and friends who, even if beginning riders , will thrill to the beauty, camaraderie, and adventure.
